Engagements for cybersecurity services are governed by the terms of the corresponding statement of work or master services agreement, which override anything on the Site to the contrary.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to this page along with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
